If I could give this car lot 0 stars l would!! I bought a car 2weeks ago and the check engine light came on and wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Brake pads were on backwards Sensor went out that has to do with the transmission that they don’t want to coverjust lots of issues that the warranty wasn’t gonna cover. I took it back to the place. They replaced the wheel bearings and the drive belt and that’s all they could do they have been uncooperative to help me with this car. I have got the run around with them, they don’t want to refund or trade for a better car with no issues !!! I would definitely not go to this place. !!!

These reviews are fake (they make car buyers write reviews in person when they sign the paperwork, while the consumers are not aware of how awful they really are). Their BBB rating is fake. Unethical practices & overall worst experience ever working with this dealership. Bought a car in 2021 on a Saturday. They wanted me to come back the following week for a safety inspection & I had an internship out of town so I couldn’t take the car. The salesman (Joe) said that he knew someone that would approve it without the car being present, which is crazy looking back on it but they did it because they wanted the sale. They gave me literally copy paper plates which were ruined the following day due to rain. They locked my car once over the weekend after they thought I hadn’t paid on time making me miss a day of work & unable to use it (while they were closed unable to resolve this issue). They did not even apologize, let alone make up for it in any way. After having paid $20,000 for a car, they are now refusing to mail me my car title (Sindy said this) because I live in Houston & I’m close enough to Pasadena, even though I clearly let them know that I would not be able to come during their business hours because of my job. I even offered to pay for the mailing fees since they’re making it seem like they’d go bankrupt if they have to pay to mail it. Attorneys I work with have told me this is a crazy experience & they don’t know how they’re even in business. I will be reporting this dealership to the DMV & to the BBB. DO NOT BUY from here, I promise you will regret it.
